Thirst is an alarm signal to detect when your body needs water. If you don’t hydrate, your body will become deficient in electrolytes and fluids.
Insufficient water intake contributes to many health risks:

Tips to keep hydrated and achieve vitality
- Drink 1/2 your weight in ounces, of water, throughout the day. This provides the necessary liquid for proper functioning of digestion, elimination, and blood flow.
- Begin the day with an 8oz glass of water, to correct dehydration that occurred during sleep.
- Avoid foods that are high in sodium and limit intake of caffeine and alcohol.
- Add 1/8 tsp of Celtic Sea Salt (high in minerals and lower in sodium) to your daily total water consumption. It provides optimal hydration and essential minerals.
